| 摘 要： | 使用固体酸作为酯化的新型催化剂，催化合成了一种高效无毒增塑剂－2－羟基丙烷三羟酸三丁酯。通过正交实验筛选出催化效果较高的复合催化剂，并且对一些反应条件：醇酸化、催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对产率的影响进行了考察，找到了适合工业化生产的合成路线。

| Abstract: | 2-Hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylic acid tributyl ester was synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxyli c acid with n-butanol catalyzed by mixed solid acid catalysts and the affected factors of the yield,such as reaction temperature,molar ratio of butanol to citr ic acid,amount of catalyst,were studied.The proper reaction conditions are molar ratio of butanol to citric acid,4:1;amount of catalyst to weight of citric acid ,2.5%;reaction temperature,110℃～120℃ and reaction time,5.0.The yield is hig her than 90%. |
