盐酸西替利嗪中有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱法测定

建立盐酸西替利嗪中二氯甲烷，丁酮，甲苯有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱测定法。采用2．1米不锈钢柱，内径3mm，内装二乙烯苯一乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球（0．25～0．32mm）固定相，柱温140℃，FID检测器，温度：200℃。以外标法测定盐酸西替利嗪中三种有机溶剂的残留量。结果显示，三种有机溶剂能很好的分离，在50～500μg／mL范围内，线性良好，r为0．9990～0．9998，平均回收率90．0％～97．5％（n=5），RSD小于6．8％。该法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于控制产品质量。
