摘    要:建立盐酸西替利嗪中二氯甲烷,丁酮,甲苯有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱测定法。采用2.1米不锈钢柱,内径3mm,内装二乙烯苯一乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球(0.25~0.32mm)固定相,柱温140℃,FID检测器,温度:200℃。以外标法测定盐酸西替利嗪中三种有机溶剂的残留量。结果显示,三种有机溶剂能很好的分离,在50~500μg/mL范围内,线性良好,r为0.9990~0.9998,平均回收率90.0%~97.5%(n=5),RSD小于6.8%。该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于控制产品质量。

Abstract:To establish a method for the determination of dichloromethane, butanone, toluene orgamc solvent residual in cetirizine hydrochloride by GC. With a stainless steel column 2. 1 m long and 3 mm in internal diameter packed with ethylvinylbenzene - diyinylbenzene copolymer ( diameter from 0. 25 to 0. 32 ram) is used at 140℃, FID detector at 200℃. Determination of residual organic solvents in cetirizine hydrochloride by outer standard. As a result, Three organic solvents are completely separated, there is a good linearity in the concentration range of 50-500μg/mL, r is 0. 9990-0. 9998, the rate of average recovery was in the range of 90. 0% -97.5%, the RSD of precision and accuracy is no more than 6. 8%. The method is so simple, sensitive and accurate that it can be used for quality control of products.
