| 摘 要： | 分析了我国产业结构调整的必然性和必要性，阐述了我国产业结构调整中存在的问题，认为我国产业结构调整的关键是要确立一个具有可观发展前景的主导产业群，同时要注意资源、劳动力、知识技术及法律的影响，充分发挥政府与市场的作用，有计划有步骤地进行产业结构调整。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes invitability and necessity of adjustment of industrial structure in our country and elaborates the problems existing in its adjustment. It believes that the crux of it is to set up a leading industrial group which has a considerable developing future. Meanwhile pay attition to its influence on resources, labour, knowledge techniques and law. Give a full play to the function of the government and the market, and make a adjustment of the industrial structure plannedly and steppedly. |
