| 摘 要： | 中国民办高等教育的大发展历经二十年，但很少有人真正认真关注民办高校的健康发展。与世界成功的民办(私立)高校比较，中国民办高校存在的最大也是战略性的危机是学校管理体制及其产生的运行机制。中国民办高校的健康发展和最终成功将首先取决于真实且有效的学校管理体制的改革。

| Abstract: | A large scale development of private higher education in China has been being twenty years. However, few people paid careful consideration for healthful progress of private institutions. Compared with those successful ones in the world, the most strategic crisis exiting in the Chinese private universities/colleges would be in the field of system of leadership and management, and its operational mechanism. Healthful progress and final success should come out as a reformation of the leadership and management system is really effective |
