| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本，实现与学生平等互信、真诚交流和情激励的“柔性管理”，是高职院校学生管理的客观需要。为此，需要在高职院校学生管理工作中，通过树立“以生为本”理念、创新学生管理工作模式、创建和谐校园文化、优化管理评价体系等途径实现柔性管理。
