| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对皖北农村地区中学生体质监测方法进行了调查研究,结果表明:1)中学生的体质水平整体不高.体育活动没有得到很好的开展.2)缺乏体育场地和器材,影响学生进行体育锻炼的兴趣.3)中学的相关人员没有为学生进行体质监测的意识,还没有建立起相应的体质监测平台.建议各级部门和教师充分重视体质监测工作,为增强广大中学生的体质做出应有的贡献.
