多相位智能交通控制器的设计

摘    要:针对复杂多变的交叉路口交通流情况设计了一种多相位智能交通控制器,该控制器支持5种控制算法,可实现8种工作模式,最多可控制20个灯组,能满足各种复杂类型交叉路口的控制需求.同时,控制器具有绿冲突和故障检测功能以及在故障情况下的降级处理机制.控制算法在保证交通畅通的情况下,使车辆延误时间尽可能地短.该控制器目前已在杭州、温州等地进行了实际应用,取得了良好的社会和经济效益.

Abstract:A multi phase Intelligent Road Traffic Controller was designed to resolve the signal light control problem of complex crossing road traffic in this paper.This controller can support five kinds of control arithmetic,eight types of operation mode,and can be connected with twenty groups of signal light.It can meet the control requirements of almost every kind of intersection.The controller has the function of detecting the green conflict and malfunction in real time and degrading deal mechanism for malfunction dealing.The object of the control arithmetic is to make the traffic trunk road unblocked and the average vehicle delay time shortest.This controller has been applied in some cites,such as Hangzhou,Wenzhou.Good social and economic benefits have been yielded.
