摘    要:蒜鳞茎在不同浓度 Hg2 的水溶液中培养 ,随着 Hg2 浓度升高或处理时间的延长 ,根的生长速率递减 ,30 0 mg/L组 4 d后几近停止 ;根尖细胞有丝分裂指数下降 ,分裂异常比率增高 ;可溶性糖和蛋白含量下降 ;叶绿素含量也出现明显下降趋势 ,叶绿素 a比叶绿素 b下降幅度更大 ;过氧化物酶活性在低浓度范围内 (50~ 2 0 0 mg/L )高于对照组 ,但高浓度 (30 0 mg/L )时或低浓度长时间处理时 ,其活性下降明显 .Hg2 对蒜瓣有极强的毒害效应 .

Abstract:The effects of Hg 2 solution of different concentrations on garlic were studied.With the increase of Hg 2 concentration or treatment time,the rate of root growth decreased successively or stopped,the mitosis index of root tip cells reduced,the number of anomalous dividing cells rose, soluble protein and sugar decreased,the content of chlorophyll reduced too,what's more,the contents of chlorophyll a decreased faster than the content of chlorophyll b,the activity of peroxidase increased under the treatment with low concentration of Hg 2 in short peroid,but decreased with high concentration of Hg 2 or with time's going on..Hg 2 pollution had very toxic influence on garlic.
