摘    要:以高等植物小麦的种子发芽和根伸长的抑制率进行土壤苯并a]芘生物毒.f生研究.将小麦种子播种于土壤中,置于培养箱中25℃黑暗培养47h,观测在不同土壤类型和苯并a]芘不同浓度下的种子发芽和根伸长.结果表明,多环芳烃苯并a]芘污染土壤对小麦的种子发芽和根伸长有抑制作用(与对照比较),因土壤类型的不同,污染物浓度的不同,抑制作用不同.苯并a]芘污染土壤中,小麦的根伸长抑制浓度大小顺序为:红壤〉水稻土〉潮土,IC50(50%的根伸长抑制浓度)分别为:1670、1515、1451mg/kg.小麦根伸长抑制率与土壤污染物浓度间的相关性高干种平右莽抑制率与苴的相姜性

Abstract:This research intends to evaluate the biological toxicity of typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), benzo-a-pyrene ( B a] P), with their inhibitive rate (IR) to seed germination and root elongation of wheat ( Triticum aestivum). Planted in different soils and cultivated at 25℃ in an incubation box for 47 hours in the dark, seed germination and root elongation were examined. Tile results show that PAH B a]P contaminated soil exerts inhibitory impacts on wheat seed germination and root elongation. More exactly, the impacts vary in accordance with soil types as well as pollutant concentration. In B a]P contaminated soil, the order of wheat root elongation inhibition concentration runs as: red soil 〉 paddy soil 〉 alluvial soil, with their IC 50( root elongation inhibitive concentration 50 percent) being 1 670, 1 515, 1 451 mg/kg respectively. Additionally, wheat root elongation inhibitive rate bears more reference to soil contaminant concentration than that of seed germination inhibitive rate to soil contaminant concentration.
