基于绩效分析与关键控制点的物流系统控制

在深入挖掘企业物流系统和社会物流系统控制中存在的理论和方法的基础上,提出了源于实践的物流系统控制论概念,一个将系统论和控制论集成应用在物流系统中的方法论.为了更加清晰地揭示物流系统控制论的理论框架,提出了一个基于绩效分析与关键控制点(performancean alysis and critical control point,PACCP)的物流系统控制模型,并从物流系统控制的结构、功能和行为关系,物流系统控制的最优决策和自动调节过程,以及物流系统之间控制的协调问题3个方面进一步描述了物流系统控制论的理论体系.物流系统控制论的提出为深入揭示物流系统演化规律和最优控制提供了方法论,成为物流理论的重要补充.

Cybernetic logistics based on performance analysis and critical control point

Based on the existing theory and methods in the enterprise logistics system controlling and the social logistics system controlling, the concept of cybernetic logistics theory yielded from practice is proposed,which is a methodology integrating system theory with cybernetics for application to logistics system.A logistics system controlling model based on performance analysis critical control point is proposed in order to reveal the theoretical frame clearly.The system theory of cybernetic logistics is described from three aspects,the relation of the structure,function and behavior of the logistics system controlling,optimal decision-making and automatic adjustment of the logistics system controlling,and the cooperation between logistics systems controlling.The proposed theory of cybernetic logistics provides a methodology to reveal the law of evolution and optimal controlling of logistics systems,being an important complementary of logistics theory.
