高密度磁记录系统中磁头稳定飞行状态研究

摘    要:以IBM3370磁头为物理模型,建立了求磁头稳定飞行状态的优化模型采用Fletcher开关算法对磁头的稳定飞行状态参数进行优化求解,通过对计算结果的对比分析验证了文中所用优化算法的可靠性,最后采用该算法计算并研究了在保磁冰飞行状态稳定的条件下,磁头几何尺寸和预载力等参数对磁头飞行状态的影响规律,研究结果表明在磁头-磁盘系统的结构设计中可以选择磁头支承导轨宽度、前导角形状参数和预载力及其作用点位置坐标等几何结构参数作为优化设计变量,从而获得最佳磁头飞行特性,满足系统高记录密度的要求。

Abstract:Taking IBM3370 as a physical model, an optimal design methodology is proposed to get the slider's steady flying attitude. Fletcher switch method is used as the search scheme for finding the solution of optimal model. The numerical results of this method were compared with those on open publications to verify the solution precision. Using this method, effect of the slider geometry, preload and its position on the flying attitude was studied. Simulation showed that rail width, taper length, taper height, preload and its position can be considered as design variables in slider configuration design to obtain the best flying performance and high density storage for head/disk system.
