安徽黄精和琅琊黄精核型初步研究

摘    要:本文对黄精属(Polygonatum Mill.)中安徽特有2种植物的核型进行了初步研究,并分别人近缘种的核型进行了比较。结果表明:安徽黄精(P.anhuiense)核型公式为2n=24=4m+6sm+12st=2T,属3B核型,染色体相对长度组成为2n=24=6L+6M2+6M1+6S.琅琊黄精(P.langyaense)核型公式为2n=18=10m+2sm+6st,属2B核型;染色体相对长度组

Abstract:In the present paper,the karyotypes of 2 endemic species to Anhui Province in Polygonatum Mill.are reported,and they are separately compared with the ones of their intimate species. The results are shown as follows:(1) The karyotypic formula of P.anhuiense D.C.Zhang et J Z.Shao is 2n = 24 = 4m + 6sm + 12st + 2T. The karyotype belongs to 3B type of Stebbins'( 1971)karyotypic asymmetry. The chromosome complement .is 2n = 24 = 6L + 6M2 + 6M1 + 6S according to the standard defined by Kuo et al.(1972).(2)The karyotypic formula of P. langyaense D.C. Zhang et J.Z.Shao is 2n= 18= 10m+ 2sm + 6st. The karyotype belongs to 2B type of Stebbins', which is reported for the first time to this species. The chromosome complement is 2n= 18=2L+8M2+4M1+4S according Kuo's standard. Based on the karyotypic comparison with intimate species,it seems that P.anhuiense is more advanced than P. sibiricum Delar.and P,langyaense is more primitive than P.desoula Kom.
