多CBD城市土地的均衡价格结构

建立了一个关于均衡土地价格结构的数学模型。在Ａｌｏｎｓｏ－Ｍｕｔｈ－Ｍｉｌｌｓ单中心城市模型的基础上，分析多中心城市土地的最佳区位分布问题，首先，在模型假设背景下，引人道格拉斯效用函数，对于每一个ＣＢＤ，求出最佳价格曲线，从而得到一个价格曲线族，进一步，考虑整个城市的土地收益，以土地收益最佳为目标，通过数学规划，得到每个ＣＢＤ的最优区位，从而得到整个城市的土地均衡价格结构，最后，通过结果分析，得到

EQUILIBRIUM PRICE STRUCTURE OF MULTI-CBD URBAN LAND

An equilibrium model of multi-CBD(centre of business district) urban land price structureis introduced.On the basis of Alonso-Muth-Mills singlar-CBD model,the distribution of multi-CBD's optimal locations is shown.First,maximizing a seris of Cobb Doglas utility functions results in a group of equilibrium land prices.Second,maximizing the whole land value determines the optimal locations.At last,the equilibrium price structure of the whole urband land is given.Through the analysis of the above results,some quantitive corollaries are presented.
