| 摘 要： | 人力资源培训是提高纺织企业核心竞争力的重要手段，及时、有效地进行员工培训，可以使企业员工在对内团结和对外竞争中立于不败之地。校企结合能够充分发挥高等学校和纺织企业的双重资源，使企业人力资源培训的成本降低，同时可以获得好的培训效果。
