对按生产要素分配的若干理论思考

按生产要素分配是指生产要素所有凭借对生产要素的所有权而参与收益分配的一种方式。它是一个中性范畴，并不具有社会制度的属性。社会主义初级阶段的生产方式、生产要素的分配状况以及建立社会主义市场经济的实践决定了按生产要素分配在现阶段有其存在的合理性与必然必现时从根本上讲，在社会主义条件下承认和允许按生产要素分配与社会主义的本质要求也是一致的。
