摘    要: 以2015中国建筑业原材料消耗、能源消耗、CO2排放为主要指标,分析了中国建筑业建筑建造和运行过程的主要资源环境负荷情况,并与国外相关数据对比,探讨了社会建筑活动与资源环境负荷之间的量化关系,提出了应同等重视建筑建造和运行过程中节能、减排的建议。

Abstract:Using the 2015 data as an example, and taking raw material consumption, energy consumption and CO2 emission as the key indicators, this study conducts an analysis on the main situation of resource and environment load in building construction and operation process of China building industry, compares the statistics with relevant foreign data, and reveals the quantitative relation between social building activities and resource and environment load. The findings can provide a theoretical basis and data foundation for transformation of resource utilization modes of the building industry and raise suggestions in terms of standard compilation, technical research and innovation.
