基于模糊数学的工程装备控制系统故障分析

摘    要:工程装备控制系统结构复杂、故障率高,提出了控制系统故障树分析法。针对该系统底事件和中间事件发生故障概率情况获取不足的情况,建立了故障树模型。用模糊故障树分析法对故障树模型进行定性和定量分析。以故障诊断系统的直流电源子故障树系统为例,将模糊数学理论引入故障树分析法,并将基本底事件发生概率描述为一模糊数,通过其运算规则估计出整个系统的模糊故障率。该方法能快速准确地检测和诊断系统潜在故障,分析控制系统的可靠性。

Abstract:Engineering equipment control system is an integrative machine-electricity system in electromotion aim and fire. It uses separate-type and touch switch components, with complicated structure and high failure rate. The failure tree analysis method for controlled system is formulated. In view of the insufficient acquisition of the failure rate occurring in root and mid incident. Failure tree model is established, and fuzzy FTA used to analyze the FTA model qualitatively and quantitatively. Failure diagnostic system includes DC, mechanism transmission and electricity drive. It is divided into three sub-FTA. With DC sub-FTA as an example, Fuzzy theory is introduced to FTA and root-incident rate described as fuzzy numbers. By its calculation rule, fuzzy failure rate in the system is obtained. The method can test and diagnose potential failure, and analyze dependability for control system.
