| 摘 要： | Internet上电子商务的发展改变了传统的商务模式，航运业不可避免地受到影响，这使得利用Internet开展电子商务成为航运企业的必然选择。Internet和电子商务的应用成为继全球化之后航运企业新的竞争手段。
