| 摘 要： | 以2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚、HC l、NaNO2为原料,发生重氮化反应得到重氮盐,该重氮盐与5-羟基-α-萘磺酸钠盐偶合得到中间体1#Base,与间羟基-N,N-二乙基苯胺偶合得到中间体2#Base,再以硫酸代替部分甲酸与重铬酸钠反应生成甲酸铬,甲酸铬与1#Base的1∶1络合物再与2#Base络合得到酸性284蓝染料。同时研究了硫酸替代甲酸的量对1∶1络合物产量及酸性284蓝染料产量和色光的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly researches the 284 acid blue dye,It is synthesized from chromium formate,1#Base and 2#Base.Sulfuric acid takes part of formic acid to react with Na2Cr2O7 to give chromium formate.A mixture of 2-amino-5-nitrophenol,HCl,NaNO2 react with 1-naphthol-5-sulfonic acid to give 1#Base,and the mixture mix with 3-hydroxy-N,N-diethyl-benzeneamine to give 2#Base.Meanwhile this paper discusses the reaction condition of the amount of H2SO4,the yield of 1:1 complex and the yield of 284 acid blue dye. |
