阳离子净水剂处理超稠油采出水的研究

针对辽河油田超稠油用蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)采出水含油量高的特点,以多元脂肪醇、环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺和十二胺为原料,合成了一种适用于处理超稠油SAGD采出水的净水剂GBEDL-08,并考察了药剂加量、沉降时间和水温对GBEDL-08除油效果的影响.实验结果表明:GBEDL-08不仅除油性能良好,而且除油速度快;在水温90℃、沉降时间90min和投加质量浓度为350mg/L的条件下,采出水含油量从63642mg/L可以降低到176mg/L,除油率达到99%以上,是一种高效的阳离子净水剂.

Study on a cationic water treatment agent for the treatment of the produced water of extra-heavy oil

polyhydric alcohol,epichlorohydrin,dimethylamine solution,laurylamine being used as raw material,a cationic water treatment agent GBEDL-08 is synthesized for the produced water of the extra-heavy crude oil in Liaohe Oilfield which is of higher oil content.The effects of the dosage of the treatment agent,subsidence time and water temperature on the oil removing ability of GBEDL-08 are studied.The results show that both the oil removal efficiency and removal speed of GBEDL-08 are considerably satisfactory.Under the conditions of the water temperature of 90 ℃,the subsidence time of 90 min and the dosage of 350 mg/L,the oil content in the produced water can be reduced to 176 mg/L from 63 642 mg/L,the oil removal rate could reach 99%.It is a kind of highly efficient water treatment agent.
