双竹镇市场蔬菜中硝酸盐污染现状调查

摘    要:本研究通过对永川区双竹镇市场16种蔬菜60个样品进行硝酸盐含量检测,发现该市场所售蔬菜中的硝酸盐含量超标较少,其中以白萝卜、莴笋和嫩南瓜污染较重,生菜和四季豆次之,以黄瓜最低,苦瓜和豆芽未能检出.同时评价了蔬菜的食用安全性,提出了防治蔬菜硝酸盐污染的措施.

Survey on the actuality of nitrate pollution in vegetables of the Shuangzhu market

Abstract:The nitrate content of 60 samples of 16 main vegetables in shuangzhu was investigated.The results showed that the nitrate content of root,caudex and fruit vegetables was slightly over the standard,such as ternip,lettuce and new pumpkin,romaine lettuces and fagiolinies were polluted intermediately,and the nitrate content of cucumbers was lower,moreover the nitrate content of bitter melons and bean sprout didn't been detected.The edible security of vegetables was evaluated and countermeasures controlling nitr...
