Fe3.84Ni5.57B0.69非晶合金的非等温晶化动力学研究

摘    要:采用化学还原法制备出了超细Fe3.84Ni5.57B0.69非晶态合金。X射线衍射表明样品为完全非晶。利用差示扫描热分析在不同升温速率下连续加热测得该非晶粉末的热稳定性参数值,均随着升温速率的增加而增加,表明其晶化行为存在着显著的动力学效应。用多元非线性拟合法结合传统的Flynn—wall-ozawa法求取了晶化过程的晶化能E、频率因子A,并给出了可能的机理函数。得出最概然机理为:A-1→B-2→C,机理函数是f(a)1=1.5×(1-a)^-1/3]^-1,f(a)2=n×(1-a)×-Ln(1-a)]^n-1/n.

Abstract:Ultra-fine Fe3.84Ni5.57B0.69 Amorphous Alloy was synthesized by the chemical reduction method. X-ray diffraction shows that the Samples was completely amorphous. The thermal stability-parameters were using differential scanning calorimetry tester at different heating rates during the continuous heating obtained by rate increasing, which indicate that crystallization have a significant kinetic effect. The activation energies E,frequency factor A and the possible conversion function were caculated through the multiple-linear regression and Flynn-wall- ozawa (FWO) method, the reslutas indicate the :A-1→B-2→C: f(a)1=1.5×(1-a)^-1/3]^-1,f(a)2=n×(1-a)×-Ln(1-a)]^n-1/n are the best model fitting the experiment data and the kinetic method is effi- cient on selecting the mechanism function.
