| 摘 要： | 劳动诉讼组织建设是劳动诉讼制度的重要内容，是劳动诉讼相对独立的基本内涵之一，是审理劳动争议案件的组织保障。相关部门要根据我国劳动司法实践，结合我国立法进程，借鉴域外先进立法，逐步推进劳动诉讼组织建设，最终建立相对的劳动诉讼审判组织。

| Abstract: | Organizational construction of labor litigation is an important part of labor litigation system. It is one of the relatively independent basic connotations of labor litigation and the organizational guarantee of trial of labor dispute cases. Relevant departments should leam from foreign advanced legislation according to China＇s judicial practice of labor and through combination of China＇s legislative process, push forward the organizational construction of labor litigation step by step so as to establish relative trial organization of labor litigation at last. |
