| 摘 要： | 本文在真空镀膜机卷绕机构控制系统的设计中,对放纸辊和收纸辊的张力控制问题,打破了常规的直接测量纸的张力的方法,而用电机负载电流的变化取代张力信号,间接地解决了纸的张力控制问题,方法独特、简单、实用。

| Abstract: | In the design of control system of winding mechanism of vacuum film-plating machines, the problem of tension control for feed reel and delivery reel of paper was dealt with by using the variable of load current of motor instead of the tension measure of paper. And the problem of tension control of paper was also dealt with indirectly. The method is simple, special and realizable. |
