胶合木结构螺栓连接耐火极限的试验

摘    要:通过对胶合木构件螺栓连接的火灾试验,研究连接的侧材厚度、螺栓直径、螺栓数、端距、荷载水平、施加保护等参数对连接耐火极限的影响。结果表明:螺栓的直径和间距对耐火极限影响不大,而增加侧材厚度、降低荷载水平、增加连接端距能提高其耐火极限;需要对连接施加有效的保护才能达到规定的耐火极限。

Abstract:The fire resistance experiments of bolted connections and the effects on fire resistance of connections with different parameters,including the timber thickness,the diameter of bolts,the number of bolts,the edge distance,load level,and protection to connections were studied.Results showed that the diameter and spaces of bolt influence a little fire resistance,but biger timker thickness,lower load level and larger edge distance could improve the fire resistance of the connections.It was necessary for using the protected connections to achieve the specified fire resistance.
