关于教师课堂教学质量评价的思考

摘    要:积极开展教师课堂教学质量评价对促进教师发展、提高教学管理水平和教学质量有重要意义。教师课堂教学评价所涉及的评价原则、评价方法、评价组织实施、评价工作中常见的问题及改进措施等因素需进行总结和探究。
