关于北京联合大学“十二五"时期学科建设的认识与思考

摘    要:北京联合大学"十二五"时期发展规划明确提出"以学科建设为龙头",推动学科全面发展的指导思想,首先从学科本体角度阐述了学科和学科体系,对比我国学科发展过程,梳理了北京联合大学学科建设的发展历程,找出了差距,从学科和学科建设与发展方法论的角度,归纳了学科建设的质量观和效益观,提出提高学科建设质量的"整体涌现性"和"多样性"原则,分析了学校学科建设的机遇与挑战,提出学校在"十二五"期间的学科与科研建设的发展目标和措施。

Abstract:A guiding principle of taking discipline construction as a lead to promote an all-round discipline development is clearly proposed in Beijing Union University’s twelfth five-year development plan.From the noumenon of a discipline angle,discipline and discipline system are discussed.By reviewing the history of discipline development in our country,BUU’s disciple development is hackled and the gap and problems are found against it.From the perspective of discipline and discipline development epistemology,the quality and efficiency in discipline construction are summarized and a principle of whole emergence and diversity in discipline improvement is put forward.An analysis of the opportunities and challenges in it is made and the target and measures for the discipline construction and development in BUU’s twelfth five-year plan are proposed.
