摘    要:在铝型材挤压过程中,铝型材从挤压机挤出后长度较长,且米重不等。为了防止型材挤出过程中偏离轨道及满足一定张力的要求,并减少型材的弯曲或扭曲,在铝型材冷却后需要用牵引中断设备匹配挤压机速度,同时准确无误地牵引到所需型材长度处,并进行锯切。设计开发了一种铝型材牵引中断设备结构,阐述了结构设计理念、具体结构组成以及实际应用等内容,采用理论联系实际的研究方法,最终产品已经试制完成,投入使用。一种挤压铝型材自动牵引中断设备辅助挤压生产顺利进行,满足了不同挤压工艺型材的生产需要,实用性较强,提高了企业生产效率。

Abstract:In the process of Al profile extrusion, the length of Al profile extruded from the extruder is long and the weight per meter is different. In order to prevent the profile from deviating from the track, meet the requirements of a certain tension during the extrusion process, and reduce the bending or distortion of the profile, after the Al profile is cooled, it is necessary to use the traction interruption equipment to match the extruder speed, and at the same time, accurately pull it to the required profile length following sawing it. An Al profile traction interruption equipment structure was designed and developed. The structural design concept, specific structural composition and practical application were described. The research method of combining theory with practice was adopted. The final product has been trial produced and put into use. An automatic traction interruption equipment for extruded Al profiles assisted the smooth extrusion production, met the production needs of profiles with different extrusion processes, had strong practicability, and improved the production efficiency of enterprises.
