| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨戊巴比妥钠对大鼠诱导麻醉的适用剂量。方法 用无菌生理盐水配成 0 3%戊巴比妥钠溶液 ,按1mL 10 0g剂量进行腹腔麻醉。结果与结论 麻醉过程平稳 ,呼吸、心率正常 ,持续时间较长 ,苏醒快 ,计算方便 ,容易控制

| Abstract: | Objective\ To investigate the dose of pentobarbital sodium in anesthesia of rats. Method Pentobarbital sodium was diluted in 0 9% germfree sodium chloride to get 0 3% pentobarbital sodium solution and then injected the anesthesia solution into peritoneal cavities of rats at the dose of 1mL/100g. Results and Conclusion The process of anesthesia was stable and was kept long enough. The respiration and heart rate are normal. The method is easy to perform and control. |
