A model of our trade reasonable income gaps under the condition of monopoly competition market is constructed in the thesis and a value judgment of our trade reasonable income gaps is conducted. Policy selections for solving the problem of our trade income gaps are put forward in the thesis. They include the content that the schooling terms of staff per capita in various trades should be increased, the will and ability of the government to remove unreasonable trade income gaps should be strengthened, and the supervision of monopoly trades should be emphasized. Thus powerful policy tools are provided for the government to solve unreasonable income gaps among trades so that they can effectively solve the unreasonable income gaps among trades
