| Abstract: | The state financia institution have been gain great achievement since the open policy,it will take great chance of the environment of the state economic and fimancial after afflicating WTO.Through analysizing the chance and challenge to the reform and development,it will deep make out present situation and problem of the state financial institution,it will bring chance and challenge to the reform and development of the State Financial Institution. Base on this I will formard carrying on eleven measures to improve the international competition of the state financial institution |
