摘    要:如何在新城滨水带建设中进行生态规划,并在保护、修复生态大环境的基础上完善城市功能,对于整个新城的生态循环和城市建设都具有重要意义。本文意在探寻适宜城市滨水带全方位复合型发展的生态规划手法与空间形态,达到生态功能与城市功能的融合。通过相关文献查阅、现场调研以及理论结合实践的研究方法,以宿迁湖滨新区骆马湖滨湖风光带规划为例,针对不同的场地特质(现状自然环境、现状建设情况、外围建设等),划分并整理出不同区域的主导性定位及其与城市功能相适应的生态功能,并根据不同的生态功能要求结合相关的理论进行空间布局优化,推演出有利于实现城市功能与生态功能统一的骆马湖滨湖带空间手法,从而总结出具有普遍应用意义的滨水带空间格局优化思路。

Abstract:How to carry out ecological planning in the new district waterfront construction and improve the urban function on the basis of protecting and repairing the ecological environment is of great significance to the ecological cycle and urban construction of the whole new district.The purpose of this paper is to explore the ecological planning methods and spatial forms suitable for the comprehensive development of urban waterfront, so as to achieve the integration of ecological functions and urban functions.Through research methods including relevant literature review, field research and theory combined with practice, taking the planning of Luoma lakeside scenic zone of Suqian hubin new district as an example, the paper is set to divided and sorted out the dominant positioning of different areas and their ecological functions, according to the characteristics of different sites (the current natural environment and construction, the peripheral construction, etc.). By combing with related theories, the paper also aims to optimize the spatial layout according to different ecological functions, and deduces a layout that is able to achieve the unification of urban and ecological functions. Through all these, the general logic of the waterfront spatial pattern optimization ideas has been summarized, which will be of universal significance in the reality.
