摘    要:为了揭示套管承插式节点的半刚性特性、计算方法及其对节点及脚手架承载力的影响,本文结合相关试验数据、数值仿真和理论分析,研究了节点连接棒的伸入长度、连接方式对节点刚度产生的影响以及节点刚度对脚手架承载力的影响。分析结果表明:节点连接棒的长度为在12cm范围内时,伸入长度的变化决定了节点的刚度大小,超过12cm时,节点刚度的数值基本不受连接棒伸入长度影响;固定式连接棒的节点转动刚度相对于活动式的提高11%左右,进一步模拟得到采用三点焊接方式的节点刚度最优。最后选取5组节点刚度数据对脚手架进行仿真计算,得出节点刚度对结构极限承载力大小的影响能达到40%,说明节点刚度对脚手架承载力有显著影响。

Abstract:To reveal the semi-rigid characteristics and calculation method of the casing plug joint, and its impact on the bearing capacity of the scaffold, this paper combined the experimental data, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the influence of insert length of joint bar, connection mode on joint stiffness as same as joint stiffness on scaffold bearing capacity. The results show when the insert length of joint bar is within 12 cm, the stiffness of the joint is determined by the change of the insert length of joint bar; when it exceeds 12 cm, the rotational stiffness of the joint reduced is not affected by the joint bar. In addition, the rotational stiffness of fixed joint is about 11% higher than that of active joint, which indicates that the connection type of the joint has a great influence on the stiffness. Through further simulation, it shows that the three-point welding method has the best joint stiffness. Finally, 5 groups of joint stiffness data were selected to conduct simulation calculation on the scaffold structure, and it is found that the influence of joint stiffness on the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure could reach 40%, indicating that the joint stiffness has a significant impact on the bearing capacity of the scaffold.
