| 摘 要： | 本文对四川产的米贝母、瓦布贝母、浓密贝母、槽鳞贝母等４种贝母进行了核型研究，现报道其核型公式、染色体相对长度系数和核型。该４种核型均为首次报道。

| Abstract: | Report on karyotypes of 4 species of the Fritillaria.The karyotypes of the 4 species are reported for the first time.The results are shown as follows:Fritillaria davidii is a diploid. There are 2 pairs of L chromosomes,2 pairs of M2 chromosomes,7 pairs M1 chromosomes and 1 pair of S chromosomes.The karyotype belongs to 2B.Fritillaria Wabuensis are 2 pairs of L chromosomes,3 pairs of M, chromosomes,6 pairs of M1 chromosomes and 1 pair of S chromosomes.The karyotype belongs to 2B.There are 2 pairs of L chromosomes 4 pairs of M2 chromosomes,5 pairs of M1 chromosomes and 1 pair of S chromosomes.The karyotype belongs to 3A.Fritillaria unibracteata var.sulcisquamosa are 2 pairs of L chromosomes,2 pairs of M2 chromosomes,7 pairs of M1 chromosomes and 1 pair of chromosomes.The karyotypes of the 4 species are similar to one another except the difference of the number and position of tje secondary constricion. |
