摘    要:樟脑由于具有较大的空间位阻,其α位的亚甲基较直链α位碳难活化.从D(+)-樟脑出发,采用高沸点的乙二醇二乙醚做溶剂,氢化钠作碱催化剂,合成了3-苯甲酰基樟脑,3-乙酰基樟脑和3-三氟乙酰基樟脑等系列樟脑型β-二羰基化合物,产率为30%~58.3%.目标产物用1H NMR,质谱(MS)来表征.并讨论了溶剂,碱催化剂以及提纯方法对反应的影响.

Abstract:The α-methylene of camphor is very hard to be activated because of the steric hindrance.In this paper,a series of camphor-type β-dione compounds are synthesized by using D(+)-camphor as starting material,ethylene glycol diethyl ether as solvent,and sodium hydride as a basic catalyst.The target compounds are obtained in a yield of 30%~58.3% and are characterized by 1H NMR and MS.The influences of solvent,basic catalyst and purification method on the reaction are also discussed.
