| 摘 要： | 本文用原子吸收分光光度法测定了钙，镁锌，鳃铜５种金属元素在鲫鱼的头部、躯干部和尾部和含量。在鲫鱼体内，从头到尾，同种金属元素的含量并不相同，它们在各部分的含量之间有一定的比例关系。

| Abstract: | This paper, The contents of the five metal elements (calcium, magnesium, zine, manganese and copper) in crucian's head body and tail is determined by the method of atomic absorption/flame emission spectrophotometer, The result shows that the content of the same kind of metal element is different in the body of the crucian (Carassius auratus). The proportion exists among them. In the three parts, the order of size of the contents of calcium and copper is from tail to head to body, while that of zine and manganese is from head to tail to body, and only the content of magnesium is roughly the same. |
