柱面驱动新型行波超声电机的研究

摘    要:为增加定转子接触面积,使接触应力分布均匀,从而减少接触区磨损,提高电机的机械性能,利用壳体的非轴对称振动模式,成功地研制出一种柱面驱动新型行波超声电机.在设计的电机结构中,给出了压电陶瓷的极化、分布和驱动方式,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS9.0对定子进行了模态和谐响应分析,并运用振动理论推导了定子齿上的椭圆运动轨迹方程.实验表明,该电机在驱动电压有效值为150V、驱动频率为16.1kHz时,堵转转矩为1.8N·m,最大空载转速为64r/min,说明电机的连续运转性能良好,能够保证定转子之间的良好接触,使电机平稳转动,从而提高了电机的机械输出性能.
