摘    要:针对三坐标测量机,提出了一种基于分布式并行协同求解技术的检测路径神经网络优化方法,其目标是针对生成检测路径所涉及的多个不确定因素进行全局优化,获得无碰撞干涉的最短路径.为此运用了多智能主体协同求解、产生式规则推理和人工神经网络模拟退火算法等多学科综合技术,以满足复杂形状零件在线检测的需要.主要对该系统的组织结构、算法和实现进行了论述

Abstract:This paper presents a neural network optimization system of CMM inspecting path based on the technology of distributed cooperative solving. The objective is to get a shortest collision free inspecting path and to optimize the interrelated factors in a global view. The technology of multiagent cooperative solving productive rules of the expert system and the artificial neural network simulated annealing algorithm is used to satisfy the need of on line inspection of complex parts. In this paper the system architecture, algorithm and the implementation are discussed.
