运动训练对大鼠淋巴细胞内Ca2+浓度的影响

摘    要:研究常规训练对大鼠淋巴细胞内Ca^2 浓度的影响,并与未训练大鼠进行比较。将24只大鼠随机分为安静组、力竭运动组和训练 力竭运动组。训练 力竭运动组常规训练3周后,与力竭运动组一同进行负重4%条件下的力竭游泳运动。观察、对照运动后即刻大鼠脾细胞、胸腺细胞及外周血淋巴细胞内Ca^2 浓度的变化,结果发现训练 力竭运动组达到力竭的时间较力竭运动组显著延长。与安静组相比,力竭运动组脾细胞及外周血淋巴细胞内Ca^2 滚度有升高趋势,而训练 力竭运动组升高显著;训练 力竭运动组3种淋巴细胞内Ca^2 浓度普遍有高于力竭运动组的趋势,表明运动训练能提高大鼠运动能力可能与增强机体对力竭运动导致的钙调节失衡的适应能力有关。

Abstract:The effect of daily swimming train on the intracellular calcium concentration of lymphocytes in rats compared with non-train rats was studied. Twenty-four rats was divided into sedentary rats (S), non-train swimming rats (NTS) and daily swimming train rats(DST). After DST rats had trained for three weeks, the intracellular calcium concentration of splenocytes, thymocytes and lymphocytes in peripheral blood cells took from NTS and DST rats immediately after swimming until exhaustion with 4% weight was assayed. The swimming time DST rats spent was longer than that NTS rats spent significantly. The intracellular calcium concentration of splenocytes and lymphocytes in peripheral blood cells trended to increase in NTS rats, and increased significantly in DST rats compared with that in S rats. All the intracellular calcium concentration of the three kinds of lymphocytes in DST rats had trends of increase compared with that in NTS rats. These results suggest that the ascension of sports capability caused by daily train is likely related to the increase of the adaptability to the abnormal change of intracellular calcium concentration caused by sports.
