新型城镇化过程中社区体育的文化价值取向

新型城镇化的核心,是坚持以人为本,推动城市现代化、农村城镇化,以提升城乡文化、公共服务为中心,实现城乡社会和人的和谐可持续发展。社区体育服务是新型城镇化建设过程中的重要方面,但在城镇化过程中,存在诸多矛盾和冲突,主要表现为新旧价值取向错位、边缘人群体育活动参与不足、体育文化服务不到位、终身教育理念缺失等几个方面。解决这些矛盾的对策,主要包括强化社区体育以人为中心的价值取向,加强城乡体育文化服务的引导,更加明确地倡导终身教育的价值取向,并借此实现新城镇化过程中社区体育事业的均衡发展。

Cultural Values in the New Urbanization Process of Community Sports

New urbanization core is to adhere to the people-oriented,promote urban modernization,rural urbanization,to improve urban and rural culture,public service centers,rural and urban social and human harmony and sustainable development. Community Sports Service is an important aspect in a new urbanization process,but in the process of urbanization,there are many contradictions and conflicts,mainly for the old and new values of dislocation,the deficiency of marginalized groups＇ participation in sports activities,shortage of sports and cultural services,and the absence of the concept of lifelong education.Measures to resolve these contradictions,including the strengthening of community sports in human-centered values,strengthen guidance and rural sports and cultural services,more explicitly advocate the value orientation of lifelong education,and to achieve a new process of urbanization balanced community sports development.
