| 摘 要： | 研究了谷氨酸菌亚营养状态代谢的过程,探讨不同葡萄糖浓度下谷氨酸菌代谢主产物和副产物的变化规律,通过Uniform Design Version软件分析,得到葡萄糖浓度与副产物乳酸的发酵模型.
