本土化“双元制”人才培养模式的探索和实践

＂双元制＂职业教育是德国职业教育的核心,是二战后德国创造＂经济奇迹＂的＂秘密武器＂,为德国二战后高速的经济发展作出了不可估量的贡献。我校借助于中德两国政府在印刷包装领域职教合作的机会,探索德式职教模式在中国的本土化之路。在专业理论和实践课程体系建立、双师型师资队伍建设、教学方法手段变革、教育评价体系革新等方面全方位展开研究和实践,取得了令人鼓舞的成效,培养出一批批印刷包装领域急需的高技能人才。

Training Mode and Practice of Localized "Dual System"

＂Dual system＂ of vocational education is the core of the German vocational education.And also the ＂secret weapon＂ for creation of Germany ＂economic miracle＂ after World War II.It contribute inestimably to the German high-speed development of economy after World War II.By viture of the cooperation in the field of printing and packaging,our school and German governments take this opportunities in order to explore the German localization pattern in the way in China.Theoretical and practical courses in the professional system has been set up.At the same time double-qualified teaching staff,teaching methods reform,education reform and other aspects of comprehensive evaluation system have achieved encouraging results.And cultivate a lot of professionals which was needed in the field of printing and packaging.
