海南蕊木的生物碱化学成分研究 |

摘 要: | 采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、MCI柱和Pre-HPLC等色谱方法,对海南蕊木总生物碱进行分离纯化,共分离鉴定12个吲哚生物碱.根据理化性质、UHPLC-MS/MS、NMR等现代波谱技术,对分离得到的生物碱进行结构鉴定,分别为(-)-eburnamenine(1)、O-Methyl-vincanol(2)、epivincanol(3)、picralinal(4)、5-methoxystrictamine(5)、leuconolam(6)、kopsinine(7)、(-)-aspidofractinine(8)、(2β, 5β)-aspidofractinin-16-ol(9)、pleiomalicine(10)、dihydrocorynantheol(11)、vincadiffine(12).其中生物碱4、5和10~12为首次从蕊木属中分离得到.

Abstract: | Twelve indole alkaloids were isolated from Kopsia. hainanensis Tsiang' total alkaloids by a combination of various chromatography techniques, including silica gel, sephadex LH-20, MCI gel and pre HPLC techniques. Their structures were elucidated by the comprehensive analysis of UHPLC-MS/MS and NMR data. Twelve indole alkaloids were isolated and elucidated as(-)-eburnamenine(1), O-Methyl-vincanol(2), epivincanol(3), picralinal(4), 5-methoxystrictamine(5), leuconolam(6), kopsinine(7),(-)-aspidofractinine(8),(2β,5β)-aspidofractinin-16-ol(9), pleiomalicine(10), dihydrocorynantheol(11) and vincadiffine(12). Among them, alkaloids 4,5 and 10~12 are isolated from Kopsia for the first time. |
