生成论与“还元论”——生成科学的自然观与方法论原则

本文以“生成科学”为基础，提出“生成论”自然观，描述了整体生成演变的世界图景，以及系统生成的主要规律及其特征。并试图超越经典科学“还原论”，探索生成整体论的方法论原则：指出分析还原不是唯一的科学简化方法，在整体性研究及简化方法基础上，进一步提出“还元论”，论证了“还元论”与经典科学“还原论”的本质差别。主张将“整体论”与“还元论”提升为科学研究的一般方法与方法论原则。

＂Theory of Emergence＂ and ＂Theory of Re - arche＂ ---The View of Nature and Principle of Methodology for the Emerging Science

This article uses the ＂emerging science＂ as the foundation for advocating the emergencing view of nature . It describes the holistic emergence of the world, and the main rhythm and characteristics of systems emerging. The author goes beyond the boundaries of reductionism to explore the principles of emerging - holism and points out that the reductive approach is not the only way for simplification in science, the article discusses the ＂theory of re - arche＂ （ arche ： an original unit from which life begins and emerges） and shows its substantial difference from reductionism. Finally, the author advocates that the method of holism and re - arche should be used as the common method and methodology principle for scientific investigation.
