摘    要:对兴澄特钢的一些主要工序:烧结、炼铁、炼钢和轧钢的能源物质消耗和耗能工质消耗数据进行收集、整理、分析,基于相同的统计和计算方法,得到生产每吨产品的工序电耗、能耗以及折算的全流程吨钢电耗、能耗值.特炼分厂电炉炼钢年产量2002年为79.18万t,2004年为91.60万t,增长15.69%;电炉吨钢冶炼电耗由340.20kW·h·t-1降至166.30kW·h·t-1,降幅51.12%;而全流程吨钢能耗由289.51kgce·t-1上升到615.44kgce·t-1,增长1.13倍.
