摘    要:本文研究了与煤气厂建立前直接有关的宝象河水系4个样点和2个已污染的对照点之细菌组成、数量和大肠菌群指数,发现细菌总数、大肠菌群指数和细菌中某些属种的出现可作为水质级别评价的重要指标.对宝象河水系及已污染之螳螂川水系水质作了初步对比评价,在环保、水质监测及有关微生物学理论和实践上均有一定意义。

Abstract:In this article, we have made an investigation and study about the composition, the amount of bacteria and coli-index in 4 sampling points of the water system of Baoxiang River near Kunming Gasworks and in 2 compare points of Tanglang River. The changes of the bacterium amount and coli-index in each point are compared. From this relationship a clear conclusion can be that the amount of bacteria and coli-index and some genera and species of bacteria may be an important index in the classification of water quality. Writers have made a primary appraise in water quality of the water system of Baoxiang River and Tanglang River in this article. It is also important in the basic theory and the practice of Microbiology and environmental protection.
