| 摘 要： | 在细胞毒性试验结果指导下,对短柄小连翘(Hypericum petiolulatum Hook.f.et Thoms.ex Dyer)植物全株的有效部位进行化学成分研究.从二氯甲烷及乙酸乙酯提取物中分离纯化得6个化合物,通过波谱数据分析,鉴定了结构,分别是:3α-表白桦树脂酸(3α-epi-betulinicacid,1),Patuloside A(2),Dimethylpaxanthonin(3),Morusignin D(4),槲皮素(Quercetin,5)和槲皮甙(Quercitrin,6).化合物1～6均为首次从该植物中分离得到.同时,细胞毒性试验发现,短柄小连翘的粗提物及其二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯提取物有细胞毒活性,其IC50分别是11.0,8.5,10.0μg/mL. |

| Abstract: | Cytotoxicity screening of extracts of Hypericum petiolulatum Hook.f.et Thoms.ex Dyer were carried out by L1?210 cells.Isolation of chemical constituents were carried out in step with for effective part of H.petiolulatum by column chromatography.The chemical structures were identified by physical and spectral data analysis.Six constituents have been isolated and established as 3α-epi-betulinic acid(1),Patuloside A(2),dimethylpaxanthonin(3),Morusignin D(4),quercetin(5)and quercitrin(6)respectively for the first time.In addition,the crude extract,dichloromethane extract and EtOAc extract possessed cytotoxicity activities with IC50 are 11.0,8.5,10.0(μg/mL)for L1 210 cells respectively. |
