| Abstract: | In this paper the effects of cell growth state, adjustment factor of plant growth, sugar composition, amino acid, inorganic salt, pH value and illumination on taxol production by cell suspension culture were analyzed comprehensively .The optimum conditions of taxo l production were found in this method .The theoretical envidence was provided for taxol production by cell suspension culture in a large scale. |
