基于PowerBuilder的自学习规则型选择流域单位线专家系统

摘    要:为了解决传统的使用单位线法中过于简化的问题,提出了一种用专家系统自动选择单位线的新方法。研究了流域降雨特性与单位线关系,对自学习规则型选择流域单位线专家系统(SCUHES)的知识库、推理机、自学习规则算法及学习机等方面进行了研究,结合专家和运行人员的经验,以PowerBuilder(PB)为开发工具,创建了选择流域单位线专家系统,最后给出了ES在防洪决策支持系统(简称FcDSS)中的应用结果。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of using unit hydrographs with over_simplification in conventional methods, we propose a novel expert system to select the unit hydrographs automatically.It studies the relationships between the characteristics of rainfull and unit hydrographs of river basin. Then KB ,and self-learning-ruler algorithm of self-learning-ruler Expert System for choosing Unit Hydrographs (SCUHES) are studied. SCUHES is developed based on PowerBuilder development tool and experiences of experts and operators.Finally,we present applications of ES in the flood control decision support system (FCDSS).
