| 摘 要： | 以开封市为例，设计了基于WebGIS的旅游信息系统．该系统采用了WebGIS的基于JSP的实现技术及其地图网络发布工具ARCIMS9．0，及旅游信息系统的多媒体技术和虚拟现实技术等关键技术，使旅游者能够获得图文并茂、声像一体的可交互的动态旅游图．该系统的构建为开封市的旅游管理和旅游业发展提供可靠的信息和依据.

| Abstract: | The paper designs Travel Information System Based on WebGIS taking Kaifeng city as example.The system adopts the implementation method of WebGIS technology based on JAVA server pages (JSP) and ARCIMS9.0 as the tool to issue the maps,and the key technology of multi-media and virtual reality, consequently makes tourist to obtain interactive and dynamic tour map including maps, words and voice.The construction of the system provides reliable information and evidence for the management and development of Kaifeng city tour.; |
